Given our vested interest in brick and mortor stores and small business in general we are hopeful that the 3/50 project is is the kind of initive that will help these stores out in a tough time. Please read about it here and next time you need a gizmo or widget -- walk down the street rather than drive to the big box store.
The site is created and maintained using CMS Made Simple (cmsmadsimple.org) and we are going to try to make the update process as transparent as possible. So rather than work on the site offline and then "go live" we intend to document what we are doing and evolve the site as we go.
